Colors

colors maps a color name to an HTML color, "#rrggbb" or "#rrggbbaa". Names you leave out keep Nari’s default, so a theme can change just one color.

Users can turn on Colors adapt to song. Nari then picks the cover’s main color, the way matugen does (Material You), and builds a palette from it:

  • a light palette, or a dark one when the theme’s mode is "dark", so a dark theme stays dark on every song
  • only the surface, panel, accent and animated background colors follow the cover; states and families always keep the theme’s values

Set adapt in the manifest to "off" to keep your colors no matter what, or to "force" to always follow the album art.
